Maybe the most beautiful avenue in the world, the 1.9km long avenue will be rebuilt into an “extraordinary garden”, offering a place for leisure and sightseeing.
The project includes:
- the reduction of vehicles by half,
- transforming roads into green areas dedicated to pedestrians,
- creating tunnels of trees that will help to improve the air quality
