How to order in a French Café
You should know that the vast majority of French cafés are locally owned and family-operated. A café in one place can be not exactly the same as somewhere else. General guidelines exist but French café owners do things of their own.
The Best Café in Paris are fare away from tourist ways. Try a café where locals are home. If you want to work at a café You should know that it isn't common yet. Don't forget to order something every hour not to be impolite.
